Hassen Babaousmail博士在阿尔及利亚出生和长大。他于2015年在阿尔及利亚获得硕士学位，他的专业是决策支持的信息系统。2020年，他从南京信息科技大学毕业，获得了气象信息技术与安全的博士学位。他目前是无锡大学的讲师/研究员。
Babaousmail博士曾讲授多门课程，包括服务器端编程、客户端编程、Oracle数据库系统、编程语言基础、数据库系统和应用以及高级机器学习。他一直觉得有动力成为一名讲师，他从促进无锡大学学生的成长和发展中感受到的快乐，只是再次确认了他的激情。尽管他将在课堂工作中继续提高自己的教学技能，但他相信他的热情、积极的态度和与学生合作的实践经验将使他成为一名优秀的教育工作者。
他还积极从事科学研究工作。他的研究兴趣与先进的机器学习（ML）技术在降尺度/预测气候数据集中的应用有关，重点是北非。他还参与了阿尔及利亚上空的遥感项目，以及利用中国主要城市上空的PM数据调查空气质量。其他项目与调查来自不同倡议的几个气候模型（CMIP5，CMIP6，CORDEX…）在许多地区和国家（南欧，北非，西非，东非，乌干达，肯尼亚，巴基斯坦）的表现有关。
此外，他在设计和实施数据分析的算法方面有很多经验（主要使用python语言）。Babaousmail博士总共发表了15篇SCI论文（作为第一作者和共同作者），他的出版物有超过145次的引用。

Dr. Hassen Babaousmail was born and raised in Algeria. He received his Master Degree from Algeria in 2015, his major was Information Systems for Decision Support. In 2020 he graduated with a Ph.D. degree in Meteorological Information Technology and Security from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST). He is currently a Lecturer/ Researcher at Wuxi University.
Dr. Babaousmail has taught several courses including Server-side programming, Client-side programming, Oracle database system, Programing language foundations, Database system and application, and advanced machine learning. He has always felt driven to be a lecturer, the joy he felt from facilitating the growth and development of the students at Wuxi University only reaffirmed his passion. Although he will continue to enhance his teaching skills as he works in the classroom, he believes that his enthusiasm, positive attitude, and hands-on experience working with the students will make him an excellent educator.
He is also actively engaged in scientific research. His research interests are related to the applications of advanced Machine Learning (ML) techniques in downscaling/ projecting climate datasets, with a focus on Northern Africa. He is also involved in remote sensing projects over Algeria, as well as investigating the air quality using PM data over the main cities in China. Other projects were related to the investigation of the performance of several climate models from different initiatives (CMIP5, CMIP6, CORDEX…) over numerous regions and countries (Southern Europe, North Africa, West Africa, East Africa, Uganda, Kenya, Pakistan).
Additionally, he has a lot of experience in designing and implementing algorithms for data analysis (mainly using python language). Dr. Babaousmail has published a total of 15 SCI papers (as a first author and co-author) and his publications have more than 145 citations.
