A versatile, open-minded, professional individual with wide-ranging experience and knowledge teaching and tutoring all ages English as a second language. I have spent over six years living and working in China. I possess a passion for continued self-development and life-long learning. I seek further opportunities to formally mentor and coach professionals, work alongside and shadow leaders and gain leadership experience in creating, leading and sustaining professional learning communities within a learning organisation whilst positively contributing to school culture, student outcomes and staff development to help raise standards and academic achievement across the board.
