学校具备幼儿园、外籍人员子女和中国籍学生的招生资质。幼儿园（3-6岁）采用蒙台梭利教育，基础教育阶段（6-18岁）提供外籍国际教育、双语国际教育和传统中考教育。学校办学模式为小班化，每班不超过25人（教师子女不计入人数），学生可自愿申请寄宿或走读。学校沿袭清华附中在基础教育和国际教育的经验，创造国际一流的中国基础教育国际化的课程体系和教育教学管理模式，成为中西合璧教育的典范。

• 入职安置费 Relocation Allowance

• 一线教师享受每年10,000人民币的培训基金，两年内可累积至20,000元。Teaching staff – 10,000RMB/Year or roll over up to 20,000RMB over 2 years.

The tuition fee for the second child of local Chinese staff will be waived at a percentage in relation to the staff member’s years of service (1st year – 50% off, 2nd year – 60% off, 3rd year – 70% off and from the 4th year onward 100% off). International staff’s child(ren) can have 100% remission on tuition fees.
