外教应聘条件：
1、英语母语国家。（美国、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰、加拿大）
2、年龄不超过55周岁。
3、本科（含）以上学历，具有学士（含）以上学位，教育专业背景符合所授课程及工作岗位要求。
4、英语语言类外教应具有英语教学资格证书（TESL/TEFL/TESOL证书）。
5、身体健康，无违法犯罪记录。
6、航空英语专业外教需要至少具有飞行员私照及相关经验。
