Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic English Teachers to join our faculty. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for:
– Teaching English and related courses as per the semester’s curriculum plan.
– Conducting classes for university students aged 18-22.
– Managing a class size of 40-60 students.
– Preparing lesson plans and educational materials.
– Assessing and grading students’ performance.

Position Details:
– Working Hours: 16 teaching hours per week.
– Class Duration: Each class lasts 45 minutes.

Requirements:
– English as the first language
– Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
– Experience: Minimum of one year of English teaching experience.
– Start Date: Available to start by September 2024.

Terms of Employment:
– Contract Length: The initial contract is for one academic year and is renewable based on performance.
– Salary:
20,000-22,000 / month pre-tax (negotiable)
– Airfare Allowance: 8,000 RMB/year (pre-tax) for round-trip airfare.
– Insurance: Social insurance is provided.
– Accommodation: Two-bedroom apartment provided. Utilities (water, electricity, broadband) are to be paid by the teacher.
– Meals: No meals provided.
– Overtime: No overtime is required; any overtime can be declined.
– Holidays: Chinese public holidays. No additional paid leave.
