关于我们
四川外国语大学（SISU）是一所国家开办的全日制普通本科院校。它位于中国第四大城市重庆市沙坪坝区，旨在培养高素质的外语人才和涉外专业人才。它是中国西南地区最重要的外国语言和文化、对外贸易和商业以及国际关系的研究中心。
国际关系学院成立于2009年7月，设有本科和研究生教育。本科生项目提供三个专业。英语、外交学和国际政治学。研究生培养有比较机构专业，有四个研究方向。国际关系、外交学、国际政治、外交话语。我校是目前西南地区唯一开设外交学的学校，是重庆市唯一的国际关系学院，也是西南地区高校国际政治学的三个系之一。我院以 “国际事务定位，语言与实践并重 “为办学宗旨，致力于培养具有深厚专业知识、扎实语言功底、较强实践能力的高级国际事务人才。在这一宗旨的指导下，我校营造了良好的学习和教学环境。学校配备了多语种实验室、网络实验室、多媒体计算机实验室、口译实验室、外交外事实验教学中心和资源丰富的图书馆。

工作内容
你将教授的课程包括英语会话、英语作文、国际政治、报刊阅读、跨文化交流等。每周12-16节课，外加办公时间和不定期的讲座和录音。
资格要求
– 英语为母语者
– 要求有学士学位。硕士学位优先
– 有教学证书，有2年或以上的ESL教学经验
– 专业和负责任
薪资和福利
月薪从5000元人民币到12000元人民币不等（税前），根据资格和经验而定。在完成一年的教学工作后，会有额外的2200元人民币作为奖金。
旅行费用
在合同开始时，应报销从本国到重庆的机票费用。
当你在上外服务满一学年后，我们将为你支付从重庆到你的祖国的单程国际机票（或最低价机票）。
住宿条件
学校为教师提供免费的公寓，包括卧室的空调、冰箱、电饭煲、互联网接入等。
体检
所有申请人都需要进行体检。体检应先在本国进行，抵达后再在中国进行。后者可凭公立医院收据报销。
医疗服务
每学期为每位外教提供500元人民币的医疗费用，可凭公立医院发票报销。这主要是用于门诊治疗。我们要求所有外籍教师身体健康，并为您在中国大陆购买医疗保险，同时建议您在国内购买医疗保险和人寿保险。
其他
合同最初包括一个或两个学期，经双方同意可以延长，请在求职信中附上你的简历和护照扫描件。

About Us
Sichuan International Studies University (SISU) is a full time regular undergraduate university run by the State. Located in Shapingba District, Chongqing, the fourth largest city in China, it aims to cultivate high quality foreign language professionals and professionals in foreign-related fields. It is the most important research center of foreign languages and cultures, foreign trade and business, and international relations in Southwest China.
School of International Relations was established in July 2009, with undergraduate and graduate education. The undergraduate program offers three majors: English, Diplomacy, and International Politics. Postgraduate training has a major in Comparative Institutions, which has four research directions: International Relations, Diplomacy, International Politics, and Diplomatic Discourse.Our school is currently the only one in the southwestern China that offers Diplomacy, the only school of international relations in Chongqing, and one of the three departments of International Politics in southwest colleges and universities. Taking “orientation in international affairs, equal emphasis on language and practice” as its purpose, our school is committed to fostering senior international affairs talents who have deep professional knowledge, solid language skills, and strong practical skills. Guided by this purpose, our school creates an excellent learning and teaching environ-ment. It is equipped with multilingual laboratories, network laboratories, multimedia computer laboratories, interpretation laboratories, diplomatic and foreign affairs experimental teaching centers, and resource-rich libraries.

Job Description
You will be teaching classes including Conversational English, English Compositions, International Politics, Newspaper Reading, Cross-culture Communication, etc. 12-16 classes a week, plus office hours and occasional lectures and recordings.
Qualifications
· Native English speaker
· Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred
· Teaching certificate, 2 or more years of ESL teaching experience
· Professional and responsible
Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary varies from RMB 5,000 yuan to RMB 12,000 yuan (before tax), depending on the qualification and experience. Additional RMB 2,200 yuan will be given as bonus after completing one-year teaching.
Travel Expense
The Air ticket from your home country to Chongqing for arrival shall be reimbursed at the beginning of the contract.
When you complete one academic year of service for SISU, we shall pay for you one-way international air ticket covering the most direct route (or lowest price ticket) from Chongqing to your home country.
Accommodation
A free apartment is provided for the teacher on campus, including air conditioning in the bedroom, a refrigerator, cooker, Internet access etc.
Physical Exam
Physical Exam is required for all applicants. It should be done in their home countries first, and again in China after arrival. The later one can be reimbursed with public hospital receipt.
Health Care
SISU provides RMB 500 yuan for medical care for every foreign teacher per semester, which can be reimbursed with public hospital receipt. This is mainly for out-patient treatment. We require that all-foreign teachers be in good health, and will buy medical insurance for you in mainland China, and suggest that you buy medical insurance and life insurance at home.

The contract will initially cover one or two semesters and may be extended upon mutual agreement, please attach your resume and scanned passport with the cover letter.
